Membership

We welcome people new to photography as well as the more experienced. Please use our contact page if you are interested in joining.  You may attend for two meetings without obligation

We do not have the facilities to teach the many aspects of photography, we feel that is best left to the Adult Education Centres, we do however have a wealth of experience in the club that members are always ready to share. There are a number of Competitions throughout the season giving you plenty of opportunity, should you so wish, to have your Projected Digital Images (PDI) appraised by judges from outside the Club.

Members can also attend the following informal meetings that we run for:

Wildlife & Nature (on the 1st Thursday, by coming along to Grove Green Hall) Organizing days out, help with all camera setting, best camera gear to buy, software options, places to go, help with images for competitions, showing images taken etc.

Digital Imaging (by ZOOM) to help you get the best out of your camera and computer.

Members Evenings (see Programme) held throughout the year are usually more practical and hands-on with opportunities for you to use your own camera.

We hold our Annual Exhibition  once a year enabling you, as a Member, to display your prints to the public.

The Club is affiliated to the Kent County Photographic Association (KCPA) and through them the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB). It is through these two organisations that that we have access to a varied selection of judges and speakers as well as being able to compete in competitions and exhibitions both County wide and Nationally.
